About the service

A careful pair of hands for registration paperwork

annualconference2026registrations.com is an independent administrative service operated by HUKAM CHAND RAJBIR SINGH from Gurugram, India. We help people complete, organise and keep track of the paperwork that comes with registering for conferences and annual meetings.

Purpose

Why the service exists

Registration looks simple from the outside. In practice, forms change from one meeting to the next, supporting documents are rarely requested in the same way twice, and the important dates tend to fall in the middle of a busy month.

Small slips cause most of the trouble: a name spelled two different ways, a document saved in the wrong format, a date copied down incorrectly. None of it is difficult, but all of it needs time and attention that busy people do not always have.

We provide that time and attention. You tell us what you need, we do the careful administrative work, and you receive a clean, checked set of paperwork to review and submit.

Working together

How we work with you

Everything happens in writing, by email. When you send an enquiry we reply with any questions, then with a written scope that sets out the tasks, the timescale and the fee. Nothing begins until you confirm that scope in writing, so there are no surprises about what is being done or what it costs.

One coordinator looks after your work from start to finish, so you never have to explain your situation twice. Before anything is returned, a second person reviews it against the organiser’s instructions.

When information is missing or unclear we ask rather than guess. And the final step always stays with you: you review the paperwork, submit it to the organiser and pay any organiser fees directly.

Who we work with

  • Individual professionals registering for a meeting
  • Corporate teams sending several colleagues
  • Institutions and departments registering staff
  • Administrators who want a second check

Attention to detail

The small things we look for

Most registration problems start with details that are easy to overlook. These are the ones we check every time.

  • Names written the same way everywhereAcross every form, badge field and document, exactly as you have asked.
  • Fields that are easy to missOptional-looking sections that an organiser actually requires.
  • Documents that match the requestThe right file, in the requested format, named the way the organiser asks.
  • Dates copied accuratelyRegistration and document dates taken from the organiser’s own published information.

Where we stand

We are independent. We are not an event organiser and we are not affiliated with, appointed by or acting for any conference, association or organising committee. We do not submit registrations on your behalf, and we cannot influence or guarantee the decision of any organiser.

Our work is administrative. We do not give legal, immigration, financial, medical or tax advice. If your situation needs that kind of advice, please speak to a suitably qualified professional.

Principles

Four working principles

Accuracy ahead of speed

We would rather ask one more question than return paperwork that is quick but wrong. If a deadline is too close for careful work, we say so.

Everything in writing

Scopes, questions, answers and changes are all agreed by email, so you always have a record of what was decided.

No unquoted work

We only carry out the tasks in your confirmed scope. Anything extra is quoted and agreed in writing first.

Confidential by default

Your information is used for your work and nothing else. It is never sold, and it is shared only as our privacy policy describes.
